In addition, I generally learned a ton about the industry from their forum and website. If you engage in online gambling, this site is a must. Literally learned a ton in a matter of days. The fact that real people, who I never met before, stepped in to help me, FOR FREE, is crazy - it is amazing. Plus the casinos, generally, actually care about complaints here.
