Pledoo has quickly become one of my favorite casinos. Firstly, it's easy to deposit using any method, and I can always expect to receive my withdrawals promptly. Secondly, their support team has always been helpful whenever I've had any issues. Lastly, there are so many different slots and providers to choose from! I can have all my favorites in one place, whereas before I had to juggle between many casinos to play them all.

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers.
