Let’s start with when I open an account with these guys more than two years ago. I played that account a few times within those first two years all of a sudden one day it wouldn’t open when I was starting to play more. I contacted their support team. They couldn’t help me sometimes they wouldn’t even get in the chat. One of them told me to make another account and they would close that one that wouldn’t open so I did message them once I did and they told me just to play that one so I did I said will you please delete the other one so if I happen to win, you guys won’t deny my winnings because I have two accounts open? They said don’t worry We’ll take care of it. I took screenshots the next day the account that I just opened that they told me to use wouldn’t open. It kept giving me an error message. I asked them about this and they said to play my other one with the other username and I said you guys close that one they said no we didn’t. You’re supposed to use that one and I said, but it doesn’t open they go try again so I did which was weird and it opened The one that I was supposed to play that I just made didn’t open so I said OK. this is weird. What happens if I win and I don’t get to cash out because of this they said that won’t happen you let us know. This is our mistake. We will fix it and we will also see that you just opened and you hit us up and asked us to help you make it so you doing the right thing and only have one account. However, when I paid my free $50 chip, I was able to get through the play through and I actually cashed out the $50 maximum amount you can win with the free money they gave me which doesn’t happen often but when I hit that 600 they did everything other their power to screw me over. I will be honest I came for the bonus but it is a good one! $1000 cash deposit! Apart from this the games are good and the site plays ok. I like live dealer table games and Platinum play has them but they are not great. 35X wager for the bonus will take me years to withdraw at the rate I play! Site could do with a redesign as well.
